Frequently asked questions

If you still have questions after reading this page, reach our team via the contact page.

Who are these courses for?

Analysts, PMs, and data-minded leaders who need to make defensible decisions under uncertainty. If you work with experiments, forecasts, pricing, growth, or product strategy, you will feel at home.

What formats do you offer?

We offer self-paced courses with community support, cohort-based programs with weekly huddles, and live intensives for rapid upskilling.

Do I need a math background?

Basic algebra and comfort with spreadsheets is enough for beginner tracks. Intermediate and advanced tracks expect familiarity with probability and regression but always provide refreshers.

Do you provide certificates?

Yes. Learners who complete all assessments receive a shareable certificate. We do not promise job placement and we do not offer accreditation.

What is your refund policy?

For self-paced courses, we offer a 7-day refund window if you have not completed more than 20% of the content. Cohort and live programs have different timelines detailed in the terms.

Can teams enroll together?

Yes. We run private cohorts for teams and offer decision workshops tailored to your roadmap. Reach us on the contact page to discuss objectives and timelines.

What tools do you use?

We use widely available tools such as spreadsheets, Python, and SQL. The focus is on framing, method choice, and communication rather than tool-specific memorization.

How much time should I plan per week?

Most tracks expect 3–5 hours per week, including hands-on exercises and peer discussion. Live intensives can require 6–10 hours during the program week.
